Normal production time: Approximately 4-6 weeks after art and credit approval. FOR RUSH SERVICE: Approximately 10 working days after proof and credit approval. Call for current production schedule, rush options, and rush charges.

Prices: All prices are USD and FOB 30084 (GA). Prior approval is required for all artwork combined for quantity pricing. For quantities falling between pricing breaks, use smaller quantity pricing. Returned check charge is $35.

Proofs: One free virtual proof is provided at no charge for a project. Each subsequent proof or variant proofs for the same project is $15.00 (z). Proof approval is required for new artwork, and artwork requiring copyright or trademark licensor approval.

Artwork: All art files must be submitted in a printable format based on the printing option selected. We charge $50.00/hr to recreate artwork for our printing process. We do not share the printable files recreated. A jpeg or e-mail proof are the only files available upon request.

Colors: Base prices include choice of one standard background color and one imprint color. Add extra charge for each additional color. Add $0.05(z) per item for halftones. Most Pantone Matching System(PMS) colors are available. Although not guaranteed, we will try to match PMS colors as closely as possible. There is an upcharge for premium background colors.

Reverse-out: Print background colors other than standard background colors to within 1/4” of edges of plate or sign..

Bylines: Add $0.05(z) per item.

Overruns and underruns: All orders are subject to 5% over or under run.

Exact run charge: Please add 5% to your order total for exact quantity to be shipped. No exceptions.

Shipping: See product specs for shipping weights (FOB 30084). Normal shipping will be by least expensive method unless otherwise directed. Sorry, no COD shipments permitted. When arranging an LTL or courier service, you must sign and submit a Customer Arranged Freight Election and Liability Waiver form before shipment is released.

Packaging: See product specs for individual packaging options.

Order issues: Any order discrepancies must be reported within 60 days from receipt.

Drop shipments: Orders shipped at one time to one or more destinations are $5.00(z) per additional destination. Larger items will incur an additional charge.*

3rd Party Freight: Handling charges will be added to all orders requesting 3rd party.

Delayed shipments: If held over sixty days, orders will be billed at price that applies at time of shipment.

Cancellations: Orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled
without written authorization from factory. Any art and production costs incurred at that point will be invoiced accordingly.

Changes to orders: All changes to orders must be requested in writing and will be acknowledged by authorization from the factory. Increases in orders will be treated as separate orders unless notification is received prior to production of original order.

Trademarks: Distributors along with their clients and customers must
obtain proper authorization to use any and all trademarks presented to us for reproduction. We can assume no liability for any disputes arising out of any unauthorized use of trademarks presented to us for reproduction.

UPC / licensed product label: A licensed product or UPC label can be affixed to each product. Please call factory for pricing.

***Royalty items, which DIXILINE is licensed to produce, will incur a surcharge. Call factory for royalty surcharge %. Proof of license or Trademark License Indemnity Agreement must be presented to DIXILINE for any exceptions to surcharge.
