Proof Policy

We have updated our proofing policy. Please read carefully below.

PROOF WITH ORDER

(1) All customers are entitled to "1" (ONE) proof at no charge for a project.

a. Any variation of the proof for the same project will incur a $15.00 net charge after the first.

b. If you have copy changes on your artwork and would like to see a proof of each change, there will be a $15.00 net charge after the first.

c. If you have multiple logos and require a proof for each layout to present to your customer to make a decision, there will be a $15.00 net proof charge for each after the first.

***We will issue a credit towards the larger order "ONLY" for the approved proof.***

***If you have not established a credit line with Dixie and there are proof charges; you must prepaid with a credit card before we can proceed with providing any additional proofs.***

DIXIE ARTWORK DESIGN ASSISTANCE

(1) If Dixie aids in the creation of your artwork, there will be a $50.00 net art charge per design. You do not own the artwork. The cost is for us to set it up. We will send a jpeg if requested.

a. Each subsequent proof for the same project is $15.00 net after the first.

 

Dixie reserves the right to limit the number of proofs generated for a project without notice or refuse to create a proof.
